Good ideas here Kim – I admire the way you have built out from the topic of narcissism to include this kind of help to people who are stressed.

    Recovering from Narc abuse requires more than a cognitive understanding of NPD. We also need to address our subconscious, and parts of the brain that aren’t accessed by reading alone. (Which is why I also promote aromatherapy).
