A better, fulfilling, and most of all HAPPY and JOYOUS life only happens for those who take action.
Healing from narcissistic abuse and moving forward is hard. That’s why it’s important to have support so you can stay focused on getting and living the happy life you deserve. Without guidance, you could be stuck in your situation indefinitely or become a semi-survivor, i.e., a person who gets out, but never fully recovers.
Healing and finding yourself after narcissistic abuse is a journey with very specific phases of transformation. Whether you have already gone No Contact, are managing the new normal, or need guidance on ways to live joyfully again, we can help. Here at Let Me Reach, we have various options available for your Healing and New Life Journey!

Or, maybe you’re in a new relationship and things feel a bit off…
The good news is…struggling with recovery and feeling stuck doesn’t have to be your way of life!

Designed for those who are considering or have recently gone No Contact, are having a hard time moving forward, or need experienced insight and help in getting clear on what is really going on. L.A.N.A. coaching spots are all filled! Check back in a couple of weeks.
Coaching is very different from traditional therapy. With a coach, you will develop a unique and intimate relationship, where communication is consistent, and not just limited to coaching calls/appointments unless that’s your preference.
If you are in a new relationship or have simply been considering getting back into the dating world after being the victim of emotional abuse, you may find that you need help from someone who can help you navigate the confusing feelings and hypervigilance (as well as point out possible red flags).
What’s more, I can help you avoid appearing clingy and needy, which is sure to send your new partner running for the hills (at least, if they’re not a narcissist!) I can help you keep a level head so that you don’t lose sight of your personal goals and dreams, which is crucial in building your self-esteem.

Single sessions are available for clarification and to answer a handful of questions specific to your situation, but rebuilding your life and forming new habits doesn’t happen in one 60-minute phone session. If you want lasting change, one of our healing programs or a coaching package is your best option.
True healing and transformation are about changing the way you think about yourself, overwriting your old, negative beliefs about life and relationships, and learning to create healthy and empowering boundaries that honor you and your individuality. This simply is not possible in one session.
During our partnership, we will explore and experiment with different healing methods. My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge you need to continue healing and growing even after our partnership has ended, which should be the goal of any good coach, healer, or therapist. However, whether you continue healing and growing depends on whether or not you continue participating in self-care and healing activities. Some wounds – such as those rooted in childhood and/or sexual abuse resulting in PTSD – often respond to triggers throughout our lives. That’s why it’s important for you to continue self-growth and self-healing habits after we’re no longer working together so you can work through your triggers without falling back into self-defeating behaviors.

In order for me to best possibly serve my personal clients and to make those changes possible, I work with a limited number of clients each month. Because of the level of commitment required, I have blocked off very specific time frames where I am able to give my undivided attention.
My regular one-to-one coaching hours are generally limited to two or three days a week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST (weekends and holidays excluded). Once you are registered, you will have the ability to go in, view my availability, and set up your own appointment(s) in your own time zone.
How long are coaching packages good for?
‘L.A.N.A’ (Love After Narcissistic Abuse) coaching packages are good for one year from the date of purchase.
*At this time, I am not able to accommodate local times in some countries such as Australia, Sweden, Spain, or Egypt. However, I do offer online resources such as The Essential No Contact Bootcamp.
