Coaching is very different from traditional therapy. With a coach, you will develop a unique and intimate relationship, where communication is consistent, and not just limited to coaching calls/appointments unless that’s your preference.
If you are in a toxic relationship or have recently left one, you may find that you need help from someone who can help you navigate the confusing feelings and cognitive dissonance.
What’s more, I can help you avoid getting sucked into the hoovering and Narcissistic Vortex that is often the result of detaching from a toxic individual. I can help you keep a level head so that you don’t lose sight of your personal goals and dreams, which is crucial in building your self-esteem.

Single sessions are available for clarification and to answer a handful of questions specific to your situation, but rebuilding your life and forming new habits doesn’t happen in one 60-minute phone session. If you want lasting change, one of our healing programs or a coaching package is your best option.
True healing and transformation are about changing the way you think about yourself, overwriting your old, negative beliefs about life and relationships, and learning to create healthy and empowering boundaries that honor you and your individuality. This simply is not possible in one session.
During our partnership, we will explore and experiment with different healing methods. My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge you need to continue healing and growing even after our partnership has ended, which should be the goal of any good coach, healer, or therapist. However, whether you continue healing and growing depends on whether or not you continue participating in self-care and healing activities. Some wounds – such as those rooted in childhood and/or sexual abuse resulting in PTSD – often respond to triggers throughout our lives. That’s why it’s important for you to continue self-growth and self-healing habits after we’re no longer working together so you can work through your triggers without falling back into self-defeating behaviors.
However, whether you continue healing and growing depends on whether or not you continue participating in self-care and healing activities. Some wounds – such as those rooted in childhood and/or sexual abuse resulting in PTSD – often respond to triggers throughout our lives. That’s why it’s important for you to continue self-growth and self-healing habits after we’re no longer working together so you can work through your triggers without falling back into self-defeating behaviors.
In order for me to best possibly serve my personal clients and to make those changes possible, I work with a limited number of clients each month. Because of the level of commitment required, I have blocked off very specific time frames where I am able to give my undivided attention.
My regular one-to-one coaching hours are generally limited to two or three days a week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST (weekends and holidays excluded). Once you are registered, you will have the ability to go in, view my availability, and set up your own appointment(s) in your own time zone.
How long are coaching packages good for?
Coaching packages are good for one year from the date of purchase.
